I went in for an oil change and had no intention of getting a new car as I had a 2022. Ismael started talking to me and my husband and before I knew it we were doing the dance of negotiations. Ismael was kind, understanding, and a pleasure to work with. He remained calm and had patience while we figured out how to make the numbers work for my budget. I’m so glad Ismael approached us especially since another sales person, Nina, approached us when we first got there for service and her pushing, aggressive, and just not nice personality was not for me. Each time I go for service Nina approaches me and because of her personality, speaking in Spanish (I definitely don’t look Spanish), and aggressive demeanor, I will not be buying a car from her ever! So glad we met Ismael that day and he helped make the deal happen even though that was not in the plans that day. More

Went in for an oil change on my 2017 Elantra, but came out with a 2024 Kona! Although I had not planned on needing to buy a new car, I say all of this with enthusiasm since I had been eyeing the all new K out with a 2024 Kona! This is my third Hyundai, first ever crossover in general and getting compliments on the vehicle; I am overall happy with the experience with Ismael, Rocky and Salina and will recommend Jenkins and its people should I have that opportunity. I am very un happy that I never received a call back from the sales or customer service since the day i let them know about issues i still have with my 2024 GV60 advanced purchased just 3 weeks back. I did receive a call back regarding my experience the very next week and i highlighted my concerns but i haven't heard back from anyone inspite of me calling them few times. Salina- you owe me a call back regarding the issues I brought up to customer service within couple of days after i bought the car. it now feels more like you were in a rush to get the car sold on the last day of the month and don't care about the customer experience part as much..
