Lease of 2019 Genesis G80 w/ Sales Assoc. Mark Shelley Having Mark Shelley as our sales associate was the most enjoyable aspect of completing our lease of a 2019 Genesis G80. We initially met Mark at the e Having Mark Shelley as our sales associate was the most enjoyable aspect of completing our lease of a 2019 Genesis G80. We initially met Mark at the end of 2018 and he was extremely helpful in our attempt to continue our relationship with Hyundai. We had previously leased a 2012 Santa Fe & were in the last 6 months of our current 4 year lease of a 2015 Genesis. Mark spent significant time with us and explained to our satisfaction, all options available to us. Although we did not complete our transaction at that time, Mark's professionalism & patience steered us to the best solution for us. Upon returning this month, both Mark & we were ready to finish the deal. Once again, Mark was ready to answer any & all questions we had and at the end of the evening, we happily drove off with our new genesis G80. We can't overstate Mark's involvement & importance in our decisionmaking process. When our lease is up in 3 years, we hopefully look forward to working with Mark again. More
