Tim was instrumental in getting to what we were looking for and assigned Tyler Clagett to finding the right vehicle. On his 2nd effort, he found it. The deal was great and the vehicle is very sharp. My wife & I love the vehicle and really want to give high regard to Tim for his leadership and special appreciation to Tyler who did everything to make us happy campers. Speaking of special props, I also want to say that the primary reason we came to Jenkins to trade our 2020 Santa Fe for a new one was the prior four years of excellent service by Courtney Winters....she has been my go-to tech for service and is just great. Very friendly & keeps you informed as to service progress, etc. She is a real asset for Jenkins Hyundai! More
I love my car, and I loved my sales person My issue is with the dealership. I was handed over a brand car with a tire that was repaired of which we were never informed of except that it showed on my CARF with the dealership. I was handed over a brand car with a tire that was repaired of which we were never informed of except that it showed on my CARFAX report. I also have two different sets of tires and rims on this car. I am in the process of now getting it resolved with the dealership. I am hopeful that this issue will be resolved the correct way. This is why my rating was only a 3 at this time. More

So far we are happy with the Hyundai that we bought. Not so happy with the sales process. We feel that the sales dept. was very pushy. He just kept asking me "you like the car, don't you?" There is more to it than that. I also asked Nelson Carrero for the MSRP window sticker because we never got one for our brand new car. He said they tore it in taking it off the car. He said he would try to get one, but I never received it. So I did get one myself, but I had to pay for it. We needed to know what options are on the car. I understand that sales job is to make a sale. But they also have to listen to what their customers are telling them. Otherwise they will not have a happy customer. That's basically where we are at. More
