As I am elderly and on a walker, obviously handicapped, it was most distressing to walk the length of the building about 7 times during this buying process. At no time did any of the Jenkins team suggest ways to eliminate these walks. Ways like moving Garrett to an office nearer the finance person., and others. Do they treat all handicapped prospective buyers with such discourtesy? More

They did not tell me the car had 421 miles on it. I didn’t realize it until I took it home.
