Pressure sales that devolved into condescension and debate with a "manager". Everything had to be done right away or the car was going to be sold to someone else. We had been researching compact SUV’s for a while and had narrowed it down to two different vehicles but after test driving the T great to work with. Jace was very knowledgeable about the car and he worked with us on the price. We hadn’t planned on actually purchasing one that night but we really liked the people at the dealership and we liked the car and the price, so we did. Jace got us all set up with Blue Link and Matt in finance made the whole process pretty painless. We appreciated the follow up call after the sale to see if we were happy so far. The dealership is great, we were greeted by the sales rep. For which we scheduled an appointment. We told the sales rep John we were looking at 3models, but the one thing we wanted in either model we cho rep. For which we scheduled an appointment. We told the sales rep John we were looking at 3models, but the one thing we wanted in either model we chose to be AWD, this was a must. He showed us the Tucson and Santa Fe we had already had driven the Palasaid in October. We decided on the Tucson we liked but it did not have AWD. Then he had someone check the inventory and found one that was not yet listed, and it happened to be just what I was looking for. My thanks to John Sandiford and the accounting office.
