I agreed by phone with sales manager Tim on a vehicle price and trade-in value. When I arrived, salesperson Damien Pirtchard showed me the car along with accessories such as weather mats and a road kit, price and trade-in value. After the test drive, the dealership did not honor the agreed price, leading to further negotiation involving sales manager Charles Huxoll. We eventually agreed on a price and I signed the paperwork. Only after signing, as I was about to leave, I discovered that all the accessories had been removed. Damien then stated they were taken out to meet the agreed price. This was never disclosed during negotiations. Had I known, I would not have agreed to the deal. Withholding this information until after signing is negotiating in bad faith, and I do not recommend doing business with this dealership. More

First and last time, I would ever buy from this dealership. The price I paid for the car was the original price not the price I agreed on when talking back and forth. Then it was, oh it’s because they put two new tires on and gave you an oil change, then I said then what is the 899 charge for it was all a lot of back-and-forth that was unnecessary. Then to find out they did not give me two new tires. One was a new tire. One was a used tire so my front two tires have a different brand and the back two tires have two different brands. I find this dealership is very dishonest. It’s not the owners Fault. It’s the people that work in the dealership? More
