We were looking for something with a lower price as the economy has hit our house hold pretty hard. We were shown two options and one we said we liked and would be back for. We get that it happens, but Nico brought out another car that "wasn't available" earlier that day. Had the bells and whistles we wanted in the expensive car we couldnt afford and looked like the car we originally wanted. We aren't sure why it wasn't available earlier to see but we went with it anyways. They did a quick, not so detailed, detail on it as it was pretty dirty. It had hail damage and bumper damage but was overall in decent condition. One of the perks that got me to buy it was the bluelink capabilities. We were really excited for that as we are avid travelers with toddlers and thought that was perfect for our family. Once the purchase was completed, Nico set up my bluelink account and said it would take 24 hours for all features to show up. It instantly said the car needed maintenance and Nico assured me it did not. I still don't feel like that was the truth. It looked as if someone had just traded in the car within the last several days. 24 - 48 hours latee, bluelink still doesnt work. Ive been in contact with bluelink help desk and they state the car's software is outdated and wont be updated till possibly end of the year or longer. This was never checked prior to sale nor when the car was "inspected". This has left me feeling like my transaction was not truthful in all this car's issues or the customer service we recieved. Now I have a car with technology I was looking for, but it doesn't work. Therefore, wasted money. More
