Outstanding Service I received outstanding service for my Hyundai Veloster. I brought my car in for regular maintenance. I explained my concerns for additional repairs. W I received outstanding service for my Hyundai Veloster. I brought my car in for regular maintenance. I explained my concerns for additional repairs. While investigating my concerns, the Service Department staff found there were problems that would require warranty coverage. They made all of the arrangements to get the repair made under warranty, and Jenkins covered my transportation needs with a loaner car at no charge. I was notified when the repair was completed. When I stopped to get my paperwork, I found they had completed some other repairs, at no charge, which I was pleasantly surprised at, and grateful for their considerate customer service. I was able to simply leave my loaner vehicle with the Service Dept. staff and was on my way. I cannot say enough for the Service staff and the Customer Service staff. I was treated respectfully and was given honest communication about the needed repairs and timeline. They did a truly exceptional job. I will continue to highly recommend them and return to them when I am ready for a new car. More
