Tom's health was beginning to fail and we knew that I would soon have to maintain the car on my own. During the last 6 months of his life, that car went back and forth to Advent Hospital countless times. I just had an oil change, but 2 weeks ago had some questions and brought the car into Service Dept. Jamie (and Allen) were both so kind and considerate when I told them that Tom had always taken care of everything related to our car and I did not know things I needed to. Jamie walked me through a few things and offered to help with any future issues. Her kindness made me cry. I feel comfortable calling or driving in when I have question because I know that your staff will help me maintain my vehicle. Also, thanks to salesman Earnest P. who was great. More
