Excellent Service Experience Recently had my 2018 Santa Fe in for service. While only expecting to have a routine oil change service, I was advised by service adviser Tiffany Car Recently had my 2018 Santa Fe in for service. While only expecting to have a routine oil change service, I was advised by service adviser Tiffany Carranza that the mechanical inspection revealed that the battery was failing. The good news was that it was under warranty and I received a new battery in addition to my normal servicing. As always, Tiffany is a pleasure to work with. She is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. More

Had to replace battery Worked with Jamie and Tiffany, Both are great. Car did not start the day before, so Hyundai had it jumped and I took straight to dealer. Was afraid Worked with Jamie and Tiffany, Both are great. Car did not start the day before, so Hyundai had it jumped and I took straight to dealer. Was afraid was something more since flukey things going on, like light on when key out of ignition and switch to off. Thought $250 was pricey for just a battery. Service is always efficient and knowledgeable. Interesting that you always end up with a salesperson always trying to sell you a car when you are in for service. Nice guy, "trying to build relationships" but when I said no I did not have time for a test drive today or this week end, his charm ended. Word of mouth is big for me rather than on line reviews. Friends are now recommending another Hyundai dealer for sales. Better pricing and not the run a round and haggling for price, that gets old. Best sales rep was Mr. Thomas. More
