So, take a bow for my recent problem. My 2010 Grand Safari had an ENGINE LIGHT ON, but it was OK to drive to your shop. "No Appointment". Just rolled in about 8:00AM. From there on, it was great how your folks handled my situation. Many KUDOS to Melanie Finn for a quick transition to the shop, where the pros jumped in and found the problem. Melanie also did a great job in handling the warranty agreement. Thanks for all of your help! Larry Brett More
A/C service experience Melanie my service rep was great. I had a problem with my a/c and we thought it was fixed (almost no Freon, and check showed no holes in the line). Melanie my service rep was great. I had a problem with my a/c and we thought it was fixed (almost no Freon, and check showed no holes in the line). Went home and discovered on trip home it was still blowing hot air. She squeezed me in later the same day in the afternoon, I ended up needing a new compressor.
