Exceptional Customer Service My Service Advisor (Jamie Ramsey) was very attentive to my concerns. I had scheduled an oil change and tire rotation on my 2015 Sonata Sport. She checked to see if the part was in stock and gave me an estimate of time it would take for the entire service. The entire time for everything was less than 45 minutes (INCREDIBLE!). Service Department The service tech knew we were there for our scheduled service and listened carefully to our request to track down an elusive "thunk" sound, coming fro The service tech knew we were there for our scheduled service and listened carefully to our request to track down an elusive "thunk" sound, coming from the back of our car. They checked every needle in the proverbial haystack to find it. Our service tech, Mel, even asked me go out with one of the Hyundai mechanics (Michael) to see if, together, we could duplicate the "thunk" sound and to locate from where, in the back of the car, it was coming. We appreciated that everyone at the Jenkins Hyundai dealership wore a mask. The chairs in the waiting area were also separated for social distancing. If only other businesses operated with such care and great customer service. More
