Weighing the Options- Buying or Leasing Had a good sales team Gabriel & Denisse. Gabriel thoroughly explained to me the pros and cons of Buying and Leasing. I decided on Leasing, as had no intention of buying a vehicle anyway. Came in that day to have an oil change done on my Sonata. While waiting for it to be done I listened to what was available in the 2020 & 2021 SUV's. Decided not to keep my Sonata. Gabriel did an excellent job in finding the exterior color I wanted for the SUV I decided to lease and finding one that would fit my needs.. .He did a thorough job in explaining the vehicle to me. Took me on a test drive, which I appreciated. Denisse was a great help in going over the inside of the SUV and some outside things with me again to make sure I understood how everything worked. Lots of paper work to sign, but was processed by Denisse in a timely manner. She explained each paper I was signing before I signed it and did not push them at me. Very good at her job. Both Efficient, Polite, Mannerly and Considerate of the Customer The finance young man I had was very good at his job and kept things moving. Very knowledgeable of what he was responsible for. Lots of paper work from him, but he handled it very well. More
