Drove in for recall service on my 2019 Tucson and all went very well. Fast efficient service with a smile. The job took about 1/2 hour and, of course, there was no charge and they washed it. I am pleased with my srvice. Jarell did not try to schedule any additional service. I was in and out in less than an hour. They didn't have the maintenance sticker so I asked another employee about it schedule any additional service. I was in and out in less than an hour. I had no problems with this dealership until recently. I brought my car in for a brake problem (under warranty) I was having (shaking slightly during moderate braking). Anyway, the service department looke brought my car in for a brake problem (under warranty) I was having (shaking slightly during moderate braking). Anyway, the service department looked at it and said all looked okay. They also told me that I needed new brakes as my pads were down to slightly less than 30%. I got an estimate and left. I ended up taking my vehicle to another garage for the brake work as the price was lower and they were a lot closer. When I went to pick up my car, they said that they did not do a brake job because I didn't need one. My brake pads had plenty of life left (over 60%). I saw the measurements myself. I wish I could say that this surprised me, but it doesn't. Just out to make a dollar. Shame on Leesburg Hyundai! More
