On August 23 2021 I took my $25,000 Hyundai to the Jenkins service department for an oil change that I had made an appointment for. I told the service person that my driver side door lock, the black button on the outside, was not working. An hour and a half later after the oil change, I was told the part was on order and they would call when it was in, also that it was covered under my warranty. Now 73 days, and a dozen phone calls and messages later, all I know is the part has been there for a while but I can't get anyone to make arrangements to install it. More
