Melanie truly went out of her way to ensure a safety recall was fixed fir me before we had to leave on a trip. I had just returned to the States from a 2 year lockdown in Australia & wanted to get my H recall was fixed fir me before we had to leave on a trip. The dealership in Claremont told me the earliest I could get in was Mar 16, even though this was supposedly an urgent recall. My service consultant, Tiffany Carranza, goes above and beyond my expectations. She tells me what service will be performed, explains in detail what was done, what needs added attention, answers my questio beyond my expectations. She then explains the bill which I am most happy to pay and returns my keys with a newly installed remote battery. I then go to my vehicle which is parked at the exit door only to find it sparkling, even the windows. Wow wow! I only wish your sales and business departments of some seven (7) years ago put their focus on the best interests of the customer when I purchased my Genesis. Thanks for employing staff like Tiffany.
