Ty Gould was my guy and he did very well. Very kind and polite. I had more than a few problems going on with my Accent and a few parts had to be ordered. During the inspection, it was noticed that one of my tires was getting worn so Ty told me about another brand that you all carried. I am very pleased with it. . Your people did a good job but when you make an appointment you don't expect to be there for 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation.
