Hi Tricia, The point of the review was not to get free gas, it was to make sure someone in your service department takes steps to fix this type of poor service. It should not be up to my wife to have to call back at a later date to make another appointment when someone in your service department should have taken the initiative to inform her that Jenkins Hyundai would call her back to reschedule the appointment that they totally failed to manage properly.
