Alan Solis was amazing in helping me get my car fixed! I have brought my car in on 3 plus occasions for my android auto being inoperable. The technicians said my phone wasn't compatible. My wife made an appointment to take care of a recall for her 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport, she went to Jenkins Hyundai of Leesburg at the scheduled appoitment time for a specific recall and when she arrived her 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport, she went to Jenkins Hyundai of Leesburg at the scheduled appoitment time for a specific recall and when she arrived she was informed they did not have the parts to take care of her vehicle and no we don't bother to keep track of parts that we make appointments for so if we run out your just out of luck. Also we don't know when we will get the parts back in stock, you will just have to call back later to make another appointment sometime in the future. My wife said the service advisor was nice enough, I don't blame the advisor I blame the poor management of this service department. So much for customer service. More
