I made a service appointment for my new Hyundai, when I arrived I was told there would be a 3-4 hour wait for my oil change! I said but I had an appointment, the service representative said to think of it arrived I was told there would be a 3-4 hour wait for my oil change! Being a retired MD I can say that in all my years I’ve never had a patient wait more than 30 minutes. This dealership is a joke. Call and try to talk to someone in service, good luck, they never answer the phones! More

Wouldn't honor certificates of service that were purchased and left for me by the cars previous owner. Already paid for! Home warranty's are easily transferred, why not service certificates.
