My service agent was very attentive. He took care of me even though I was a walk-in with a car battery issue. He kept me informed of all details. My only feedback is that I was tol He took care of me even though I was a walk-in with a car battery issue. He kept me informed of all details. My only feedback is that I was told my car needed some services including a fuel injection cleaning I had recently. That does not instill confidence in the other recommendations. As a result, I did not request any of the other services. My other feedback outside of the service agent is how difficult is it to get anyone at the Jenkins Hyundai Service Department to actually answer the phone. I called 4 times, it rang and then disconnected me. I had to call a different department to get an operator. This has been a probably for the past year. I will probably not purchase another car from this location due to the poor phone service. More
