Took vehicle in for small oil leak. Herb, the service writer informed me that the oil plug was left slighty loose from an oil change at a different place (Mobil 1). Mechanic tightened the oil plug, cleaned all plastic shields under the vehicle, and even performed a 39 point inspection. Herb told us there may be another leak and to keep an eye on the plastic shields for oil. Within a week there was oil on the plastic shields. Placed a service call to Jenkins Hyundai leesburg. Cory, our second service writer was also very courteous. After the mechanic inspected th car, an oil leak was discovered at the oil pan. The machanic removed the oil pan, replaced the gasket, cleaned the plastic shields, performed a 39 point inspection. They even washed th car. So far, Jenkins Hyundai Leesburg service department, Herb and Cory have been great to deal with. More

Well, I needed 2 new tires. When they came in, something went wrong because the tires that came in were not the right size. They made it right though. I got the use of a loaner while the correct tires came in. What impressed me the most about my experience at this dealership was how I was treated by Mr. Robert Toppi. Even though there was a mix-up, he made it all a pleasure. xxxx of a nice guy. And it really seemed like he "owned" the problem. He dove in and did what he could to make things better. The free loaner was nice too. Robert simply made it an enjoyable transaction. My car got a free car wash too when it was all over. And Robert followed up with me again to apologize for the mix-up and to make sure I was satisfied with how they resolved everything. I like that guy... More
I have purchased 2 cars from this dealership. Had I known then what I know now, I would have never done so. I was "sold" on the road hazard for my first purchase by the financial rep. I was told it would cov then what I know now, I would have never done so. I was "sold" on the road hazard for my first purchase by the financial rep. I was told it would cover replacement of tires when it was needed. A few months later I purchased my second car. When my tires on the first car came to the point of needing replacing, I returned to the dealership. I was told that they would not replace the tires as it was not a "tires for life" contract. I took the matter up with the general manager and he told me he would NOT replace the tires, no matter what I was told. I asked to see the financial rep that had sold it to me and was told "he no longer works here". The manager said "What do you expect me to do"? I told him to honor the verbal understanding and he said no. I then asked for a refund of the policy I was sold and was told "No, that is an independant vender, and we can not do that". I read the contract, and it is not what I was lead to believe it was. I am VERY upset with the poor customer service I recieved in this matter. I was not even offered an "I'm sorry" in this matter. I will never do business with Jenkins again. I love my cars, but will find other dealerships to deal with. More
