problem solved Over the past couple years I thought my Santa Fe had a defective right rear blind spot detector even after Tom Schettino went on a test ride with me w Over the past couple years I thought my Santa Fe had a defective right rear blind spot detector even after Tom Schettino went on a test ride with me without finding a problem I still believed the system was defective.. This last service I again complained about the problem Tom assigned a professional mechanic for another test ride and they thought it might help if I understood the rear detection system Allen Byrd couldn't have been more professional, this time he explained the system in detail and also provided copies from the owners manual dealing with the system operation... Service Great service advisor! Actual service personnel should pay closer attention to not transferring dirt/grease onto interior parts (i.e. Doors, upholste Great service advisor! Dealership has to this a priority!!! More

Replacement of cracked dashboard Tom went above and beyond to get Hyundai to supply my dashboard after it had cracked all up after 5 yrs. Although I was stuck with a hefty labor bill Tom went above and beyond to get Hyundai to supply my dashboard after it had cracked all up after 5 yrs. Although I was stuck with a hefty labor bill, the new dash was installed meticulously and was done in a half day. I have always had very good service dealing with the service department at Jenkins Hyundai. Thanks again Tom More
