Weighing the Options- Buying or Leasing Had a good sales team Gabriel & Denisse. Gabriel thoroughly explained to me the pros and cons of Buying and Leasing. I decided on Leasing, as had no intention of buying a vehicle anyway. Came in that day to have an oil change done on my Sonata. While waiting for it to be done I listened to what was available in the 2020 & 2021 SUV's. Decided not to keep my Sonata. Gabriel did an excellent job in finding the exterior color I wanted for the SUV I decided to lease and finding one that would fit my needs.. .He did a thorough job in explaining the vehicle to me. Took me on a test drive, which I appreciated. Denisse was a great help in going over the inside of the SUV and some outside things with me again to make sure I understood how everything worked. Lots of paper work to sign, but was processed by Denisse in a timely manner. She explained each paper I was signing before I signed it and did not push them at me. Very good at her job. Both Efficient, Polite, Mannerly and Considerate of the Customer The finance young man I had was very good at his job and kept things moving. Very knowledgeable of what he was responsible for.
