We are very disappointed in this dealership. On December 26 we purchased a 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid Limited. We love the vehicle. It does have a problem with a thumping noise (and no it is On December 26 we purchased a 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid Limited. We love the vehicle. It does have a problem with a thumping noise (and no it isn't the roof rack) above 65 mph. On Tuesday we went to see if they can fix that issue (see the result of that later in the story). Our BlueLink service, and the related other services, including Digital Key that are tied to it, doesn't work. Furthermore, they can't seem to remove access to our 2021 Tucson that we traded in for this vehicle so we still have access to it. The dealership is not being helpful and we even tried ourselves to solve the problem with BlueLink directly. After 90 minutes on the phone we gave up. We've almost had the vehicle for a month. This is going on way too long. I'm mostly upset because the level of service to help us find a solution has been lackluster at best. Given that they added a large "market adjustment" (i.e. - extra profit) to this purchase I'd hope that increased the level of service. The reverse seems to have happened. And before you say anything, I'm NOT complaining about the market adjustment as I get supply and demand and clearly was willing to pay it, because I did. I'm merely stating that the dealership made MORE money than normal but the service seems to have gone down which is counterintuitive to me. It is a huge disappointment. I've sent emails and continue to get the run around both at the dealership and with Hyundai directly. I'm hoping they find a solution and if so, this will be updated. For right now, I can't in good conscience recommend Jenkins Hyundai of Leesburg to anyone. It has been a big disappointment and one that hurts more given this is the most expensive vehicle we've ever purchased. When we arrived on Tuesday to drop off the car they were attentive and did have a loaner waiting for us. We thought things were improving until we picked up the vehicle last night to repair the noise we are hearing. The description we left clearly stated we only heard the noise above 65 mph and it was worse driving into the wind. They had the vehicle overnight and "could not replicate the issue" because they only drove it 5 miles and never got above 60 mph. In other words, they had no interest in finding a way to fix this issue and to make matters worse, this is detailed fully on the document they created and handed to me when I checked out. It is sad. And we will have to solve our BlueLink issue with Hyundai directly on our own. No help has been offered there either. If you are looking for poor service and high prices, you've found your place. We won't be returning. More

My service adviser, Kristie Lynn Weeks, was quite literally an answer to my prayers. Without going into extensive details, my husband of 50 years recently passed away.
