All of our initial contacts were great. Darrell greeted us by name when we pulled into the parking lot even though our previous contact had been by telephone only. I returned the next day and drove two different models. Several hours later (it takes a huge amount of paperwork to buy a car these days), I drove our new car home. Overall experience is good rather than great because I noted while I was there that another customer was able to drive the car home for spouse approval and return the next day to complete the paperwork. I wish I had been offered that alternative. Price was good, not great, because of disappointment with trade-in values. On the other hand, price was significantly lower than any competitive car would have been. More
