I was thinking of trading vehicles again and really enjoyed the way it was handled at the dealership when I arrived on Monday, I had spoken with Michelle and she was very knowledgable. David was waiting at the dealership and had the paperwork ready and he was very helpful in knowing what my interests might be and what could be negotiated. After test driving the new 2012 Sonata, I was impressed how far it had come since my first one in 1999. This is my fourth Sonata and it is amazing how far they have come since my original vehicle. Actually I brought our 2008 Elantra in for service and ended up buying a 2007 Elantra with 8000 miles on it for my son. So now we are a 2 Elantra family. Mike Sofka was the sales person. Price was agreed upon for Hyundai Elantra through overstock. Before making my long drive, I called upon Mike to confirm out-the-door price including taxes, tag and title. for Hyundai Elantra through overstock. Before making my long drive, I called upon Mike to confirm out-the-door price including taxes, tag and title. Overstock price is excluding all rebates as mentioned clearly in the paperwork. When I reached there and sat down for signing, Mike wanted higher. When I told him about our conversation and showed the overstock paperwork, he misinterprets the paperwork and said price mentioned is including rebates (even though overstock paperwork clearly mentions otherwise). He tried to convince me by playing age old dirty tricks of talking to his manager and coming with a price which is nowhere near the overstock price. When he understood I was not going to budge, he started shouting at me with my family present. What kind of sales person is this guy? When I was leaving the dealership, his manager (or owner) stopped me to renegotiate the price. This guy mocked me for making the long drive when he learnt I was not going to come down on the agreed upon price. Mike and this dealership are perfect scam artists, who quote one price to lure you and then try to sell you different price. My recommendation is STAY AWAY from this dealership. I have contacted several dealerships before I bought the car and I can vouch this dealership is by far the worst. More

I made my initial contact with this dealership via the internet. I began at the Hyundai company site and through the 'BUILD YOUR CAR' option was led to this dealership and one other. I got an immediat internet. I began at the Hyundai company site and through the 'BUILD YOUR CAR' option was led to this dealership and one other. I got an immediate response to my inquiry. We visited the dealership within a few days and met with the internet contact. I was pleased to see that the company has their staff work as a team instead of getting the salesperson who is 'up next'. We drove the car, a Genesis, got some initial pricing (we did not have our trade with us). Later we drove another car we were considering, a Lexus ES250. Both cars were excellent vehicles but we preferred the Genesis for its technology package and head and leg room, both front and especially back. Most of our dealings were with David and the sales manager, Bill Appleby. Both gentlemen were both knowledgeable and approachable. We believe we negotiated a fair deal. David spent an inordinate amount of time familiarizing us with the vehicle. This process could have been done in a short amount of time if it were not for our extensive questioning. David never failed to answer or find an answer to our questions. This dealership makes purchasing a vehicle a good experience. More
