It took 2 months & 10 days to get a permanent tag for our new Hyundai Accent, even after 1 extension, which is 10 days over the FL DMV legal requirement. All we got was a bunch of nonsense and differing excuses about why they couldn't get the car registered & tagged. Something was fishy about the background of this "NEW" vehicle. Finally resolved only through the involvement of a State agency. Never again. More
My wife and I just purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Santa Fe. I found the vehicle on the internet and contacted the dealership requesting a price quote. Kris sent me the information requested and worked diligently with me to find a good time to come out and view the vehicle. When evaluating my trade in which I purchased from Courtesy Ford of FL it was discovered via the Car Fax, which I had never seen before, that my vehicle had been in an accident and was therefore worth much less than I thought. Kris and Ferris worked with us to get what I felt was a very fair price for a damaged vehicle that I purchased from another dealership under false pretensions. Ferris was completely up front and said, "I can't/won't sell your vehicle here, it is going to go to the auction", but even with that statement the value for the trade was enough to get us into the vehicle we need for our young child and her car seat. This is the first time I have bought a vehicle where it was easy and I didn't come away feeling like I had just done battle. The staff was upfront and professional. The building and grounds were well maintained and the vehicle is everything I wanted for the price I wanted. I would definitely recommend this dealer to friends and family and will be visiting them in the future. More

I was thinking of trading vehicles again and really enjoyed the way it was handled at the dealership when I arrived on Monday, I had spoken with Michelle and she was very knowledgable. David was waiting at the dealership and had the paperwork ready and he was very helpful in knowing what my interests might be and what could be negotiated. After test driving the new 2012 Sonata, I was impressed how far it had come since my first one in 1999. This is my fourth Sonata and it is amazing how far they have come since my original vehicle. Actually I brought our 2008 Elantra in for service and ended up buying a 2007 Elantra with 8000 miles on it for my son. So now we are a 2 Elantra family. Mike Sofka was the sales person. Price was agreed upon for Hyundai Elantra through overstock. Before making my long drive, I called upon Mike to confirm out-the-door price including taxes, tag and title. for Hyundai Elantra through overstock. Before making my long drive, I called upon Mike to confirm out-the-door price including taxes, tag and title. Overstock price is excluding all rebates as mentioned clearly in the paperwork. When I reached there and sat down for signing, Mike wanted higher. When I told him about our conversation and showed the overstock paperwork, he misinterprets the paperwork and said price mentioned is including rebates (even though overstock paperwork clearly mentions otherwise). He tried to convince me by playing age old dirty tricks of talking to his manager and coming with a price which is nowhere near the overstock price. When he understood I was not going to budge, he started shouting at me with my family present. What kind of sales person is this guy? When I was leaving the dealership, his manager (or owner) stopped me to renegotiate the price. This guy mocked me for making the long drive when he learnt I was not going to come down on the agreed upon price. Mike and this dealership are perfect scam artists, who quote one price to lure you and then try to sell you different price. My recommendation is STAY AWAY from this dealership. I have contacted several dealerships before I bought the car and I can vouch this dealership is by far the worst. More
