Horrible people, horrible place I began shopping for a new car a week ago. I found a car online and went to look at it. They told me a different price than what was online and then t I began shopping for a new car a week ago. I found a car online and went to look at it. They told me a different price than what was online and then tried to exclude a warranty that was advertised as included on the website. They jacked the price of the used car up $4,000. They were incredibly rude and pushy trying to get me to buy a new car for $5,000 more. I had no problem telling them what I thought and walking out. I would highly suggest you stay away from Jenkins Hyundai unless you want to be screwed over and taken for a horrible ride. They are WORSE than the typical car salesman. More
very high pressure and dishonest i went in for service on my 2009 hyundai sante fe while i was waiting, a person came and got me to answer a some questions the next thing i knew i was i went in for service on my 2009 hyundai sante fe while i was waiting, a person came and got me to answer a some questions the next thing i knew i was looking at new cars. i did not go in to look at new cars.then the sells rep, sells manger and general mange were all on me at the same time to buy a new car. they called my wife and told me that she said it was ok to buy a new car. she had said no it was not ok. when i got home with a new car and found out that she had said no i tried to take the car back (i had the car for less than an hour) and they told me that they would not take the car back. i would not recommed this dealer to my dog let alone another person stay clear. More
BEWARE - Unethical People Purchased a top of the line, six seat Sante Fe that was very expensive. Kept having mechanical problems and returned it. I put $10K down on the car and when I returned it they gave me another one but I had to go through the whole loan application again, eventually losing the money I initially put down and had to come up with another $3K. The next vehicle still has a ton of issues and they tell me that "nothing will make me happy" ...how about a car that ran as well as my other two Sante Fe's? More

The bottom line is - the dealership is in the business to make money & my main concern is to enjoy life while I can as best as a person can. Don't sweat the small stuff - pick your battles. Did I get the best deal of any dealership on earth - only God knows! But I am extremely happy & very satisfied with my experience with Jenkins Hyundai over the past 2+years! So it's a win-win for everyone! I highly recommend Jenkins Hyundai - go see Greg Jones! He's one of the good guys - polite, professional & he knows what you need to know to love the Hyundai vehicles! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH A CAR DEALER!!!!!!! This dealership has cost us quite a bit of time and money resolving a serious problem with our new car.. Our experience with this dealer and with Hyu This dealership has cost us quite a bit of time and money resolving a serious problem with our new car.. Our experience with this dealer and with Hyundai in general has been fairly poor. The first problem was the replacement of the sunroof control panel, which had glue on it from the packing material, which neither they nor we could remove. This took time to order the new part, then to install it. I couldn't believe Hyundai would use a product that would cause this problem. We were concerned that the gas mileage was not as stated. They told us that when it was broken in, the mileage would increase. So far, with 8200 miles on the car, the mileage is no where near what was advertised. Now for our MAJOR PROBLEM: Within one week of Jenkins changing our oil, (which they had told us had to be done at their dealership to keep our warranty) and with only 5200 miles on this car the motor quit. It had a massive oil leak which stained our driveway with a "pond" size leak. It also wound up with oil all over the engine and all over the underside of the car. It had to be towed to the dealership, as the car was smoking for awhile and would not start. It took almost three weeks to receive and replace the engine. When this occurred, the dealership told us that they would submit the estimate of $1400 to Hyundai to repair the driveway. It required a sealant to be put on and a painted surface to be applied. They informed us that even if Hyundai would not take care of the problem, that Jenkins would. Almost three months later, they informed us that Hyundai would not take care of the driveway and offered us $500 in services or $300 cash. This will not take care of the problem as my husband is 75 years old. This would put a great strain on him at this age. We did not cause this problem and our insurance will not cover this damage. I find it reprehensible that neither Jenkins nor Hyundai will stand behind their word. If we accept the $300, we will still have to pay $1100 for the balance of the paint job. Again, this was in no way our fault. Al lastly, we asked to have the warranty extended by 5200 miles, as the motor was new. This they also refused to do. Truly, I am fed up with this dealer. This was the first new car we have purchased in many years and it was the first time we have purchased a foreign car. It has not been a positive experience. We have spent many trips and phone calls to this dealer to try to get results. We were put off for months, then told we would not be reimbursed. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. The buying experience was overwhelming, better than most, but after that you are basically on your own. The attitude certainly changed as our problems mounted. More
