I dealt with Jason over the phone prior to driving 4 hours to the dealership, from close to Savannah, GA. He was not only courteous and extremely helpful (not pushy) over the phone prior to us buying our used Subaru Outback, but was the exact same after the sale. I had a couple of follow up questions and Jason always returned my call/text ! I hate to say it, but the customer service/satisfaction Jason Hankerson gave my husband and I, put those Georgia dealers I have dealt with to shame ! I will never buy from one of our local dealerships again.... it took us 4 hours to get to Leesburg and it was an absolutely marvelous experience and would not hesitate to return for another purchase !
