If it wasn’t for the service representative, Rafael Valdez my experience would not have been superior. Rafael was extremely attentive above and beyond and accommodating during my more than a month-long Valdez my experience would not have been superior. He answered my calls my emails, my text without hesitation and kept me up-to-date and in the loop regarding the progress of my vehicle.
