We arrived at 11 am and our advisor Nicki, told us the wait would be approximately 2 to 3 hours. Due to my husband's physical limitations she offered to have us driven home and our car delivered to us upo wait would be approximately 2 to 3 hours. Due to my husband's physical limitations she offered to have us driven home and our car delivered to us upon completion. Nicki went the extra mile to make sure my husband was comfortable. Kudos to Nicki and the two fellows who drove us home and returned our car! Great teamwork! More
