We arrived at 11 am and our advisor Nicki, told us the wait would be approximately 2 to 3 hours. Due to my husband's physical limitations she offered to have us driven home and our car delivered to us upo wait would be approximately 2 to 3 hours. 2020 Hyundai Palisade recalled for potential tow hitch electrical problem. Correction included removal of wiring harness fuse. Service was performed 3/1/20. In preparation for 1300 trip north I discover electrical problem. Correction included removal of wiring harness fuse. Service was performed 3/1/20. In preparation for 1300 trip north I discovered fuse box in engine compartment was missing fuse box cover thus exposing all fuses to potential moisture, dirt and electrical failure. Why was fuse cover never replaced? Why was vehicle not inspected before it was given to customer? I am extremely disappointed with this poor quality workmanship. More
