Disappointed at least I shared previously in this review some of the highlights of my experience - I do not know the name of the "corporate guy" who Ernest had me talk to b I shared previously in this review some of the highlights of my experience - I do not know the name of the "corporate guy" who Ernest had me talk to but he was there again on 12/26 and was clearly not a corporate guy (?)... I asked to speak with Mr. Tagliente but was told he was not available and only spoke with Kimberly (and Ron?)... I received a standard 'thank you for your purchase' letter from the GM, but he has yet to call to better understand the particulars of this incident. While Kimberly was very willing to hear my concerns and agreed that the level of service was sub par, she never brought in the GM and she soon stopped responding to my messages/concerns. While I would have preferred to have a good experience, this was extremely upsetting overall. I have no choice but to work with this location for svc (as I was 'given' a 3 yr maintenance agreement in lieu of honoring the True Car price/documents I had shared); plus the location is one of the main reasons I went there ant not one of the many others who were seeking my business. More

He offered to connect my cellphone to Bluetooth; however, I declined. Another evening was dedicated to Servicing dates and important features of the vehicle, at which Steve Tagliente was present. Another Tuesday mid-day visit , Jenkins Hyundai provided the services of a Technical Advisor/Instructor, who was far more helpful than reading the manual. More
