This was my first time to Jenkins for an oil change and tire rotation. I had the best experience and help from Alan Solis. Then the next day I couldn’t figure something out about my vehicle. Alan told me t tire rotation. I had the best experience and help from Alan Solis. Then the next day I couldn’t figure something out about my vehicle. Alan told me to go in and that he could help me. I went in and Alan was able to help me within Les’s then 5 minutes. He fixed the issue and also explained what had happened so that if it happens again then I would be able to fix it myself. I give HUGE KUDOS to Alan for helping me and going above and beyond for me. Alan has a very great personality and I personally think he deserves a raise!!!
