Service is usually an hour. It's horrible! I have to fill my time with hot coffee, cookies, popcorn, free WiFi and cable TV.... the cookies are really bad es is usually an hour. It's horrible! My service girlie is always friendly, happy, funny and genuine. Can't this place hire rude nasty people like normal businesses? I could go to Orlando where I bought it but that would mean I'd have to go visit my family. I moved to Lake County to get away from those freaks so I'll keep coming to Jenkins Hyundai. More

Additional clarification on Window Sticker We purchased a 2017 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid but when reviewing the Window sticker paperwork given to us we realized that they provided us with Veloster We purchased a 2017 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid but when reviewing the Window sticker paperwork given to us we realized that they provided us with Veloster sticker. We returned to the dealership to let them know and to clarify what was included with the car since we had the wrong dealer sticker. We initially spoke to Scott but then another gentleman (sorry I don't recall his name) came over and spoke to us. He apologized for the mix up and explained what was included when the vehicle comes from Jenkins. This car came from Clearwater. He worked with us and included one option which we selected to get our windows tinted. We appreciate everyone clarifying and working with us. Thank-you for everyone's assistance! More
