They called when we got home to be if we were pleased with the way the car drove and had a follow up letter from the general manager as well as customer service. They even have a tech Tuesday for those of us who don't know all the techie stuff! More

My second car in a week. The first car I purchased was a Hyundai Tucson. I took a test drive in a Santa Fe and I assumed the Tucson was pretty much the same car except for the The first car I purchased was a Hyundai Tucson. I took a test drive in a Santa Fe and I assumed the Tucson was pretty much the same car except for the extras and trim. I refused to take a test drive when asked and went ahead with the purchase of the Tucson. I did not see the Tucson until I completed my purchase and when I went to get into it I then realized it was a smaller vehicle. After several days of trying to get in the drivers seat I then came to the conclusion that because of the design namely the windshield being swept back I was extremely uncomfortable with the Tuscon. I returned it several days later and exchanged it for a Santa Fe.sport. I can get in this car easily and both my wife and I love it. More
