Hyundai Tucson We were able to look around the lot at vehicles without hassle and saw one we liked and then went in to see our salesman from the last new 2014 Elantr We were able to look around the lot at vehicles without hassle and saw one we liked and then went in to see our salesman from the last new 2014 Elantra purchase. He brought the 2017 Tucson around to the front and had out trade in evaluated while showing this new vehicle. We went for a test drive and John then showed us the features and we discussed price and options. The whole experience took some time but was necessary to insure a good sale. So, at the end of the day we left with the new vehicle and have been happy every since. More

do not understand the purpose for this I believe Luje Platt was the service person who met me at the door when I brought the car in to replace a failing computer June 1. Greg Jones was the service person to whom I was introduced as part of the original sales process. So far I have no issues with the service dept. Of the approximately 20 Hyundais I have owned, the one I recently purchased is the only one that had a major fault within the first month. Other than that, an Accent, purchased in 2012 had a bent real axle, which showed itself when rear tires began to disintegrate by 15000 miles. More
