My service advisor was Allen Byrd, he was very helpful and professional. He outlined exactly what needed to be done with the vehicle, gave me options for getting the AC fixed and explained the costs and benefits of each option to me. We have been coming to Jenkins for several years, everyone is always friendly and professional, and we will continue to bring our vehicles there. I recently leased a vehicle there, my sales person was Carl Gregg and I would highly recommend him, also. He made the process as quick and painless as possible and I love my new vehicle. More

He said replacement of the battery connection apparatus was needed and he suggested you. I called and explained that I had a car running because the battery was gone and you said to come right in. We brought the car in about 2 p.m. on Friday and you had repaired the battery connection by 4 p.m. I brought the car home and AAA replaced the battery under warranty.
