Sensitive salesperson Sharla Ali was very sensitive and considerate to our needs. My husband just came home from having major surgery and I needed a car, dependable one, Sharla Ali was very sensitive and considerate to our needs. My husband just came home from having major surgery and I needed a car, dependable one, to get back-and-forth to the hospital. She listened carefully and brought out the first car which loved and drove away within a couple of hours. We return the following day to complete the sale. Charla was a godsend. Salesman should make ONE SALE at a time!! The salesman ( Carl) needs to take care of one customer at a time! He kept taking off and leaving us for 20 minutes at a time, kept saying he would b The salesman ( Carl) needs to take care of one customer at a time! He kept taking off and leaving us for 20 minutes at a time, kept saying he would be right there and then letting us sit there...... That is not professional and you almost the sale. Then he promised all kind of things that we didn't receive and then delivered the car. Then tells us we have to bring the car back. When I did, he gives me more excuses why he can't get the things taken care of. Now we have to come back again and again!!! More
