No Pressure, An extraoridinary buying experience Matt "Tiny" Enix was awesome to work with. He was patient and attentive to what I needed in a vehicle. I originally went to go "look" around but when Matt "Tiny" Enix was awesome to work with. He was patient and attentive to what I needed in a vehicle. I originally went to go "look" around but when I was pleasantly greeted by Tiny and given his full attention, I softened up and began to listen to him talk about great options available to me in a new vehicle. I thought I would not like a black car and was set on only looking, right? He suggested a test drive and off we went in a 2017 Black Santa Fe Sport which I absolutely love, love, loved from the very moment we pulled back into the dealership. He nor anyone in finance [another great experience itself] bullied me or overwhelmed me to purchase. Tiny allowed the car to talk to me instead of him talking over or cutting me off all to make a sale. Overall, hands-down the best car buying experience ever for me and I've purchased 6 cars in the last 15 years, two of them for another brand in the Jenkins family; I know what extraordinary customer service is and I found it in Tiny. More
