I sure hope this 1 star rating isn’t overlooked because of all the 4+ star ratings this dealership has. 4.8 stars on dealer rater and 4.5 on google eased my mind about making an online car purchase out of of all the 4+ star ratings this dealership has. 4.8 stars on dealer rater and 4.5 on google eased my mind about making an online car purchase out of state, but as you can see I’m stopping by to give a my rating of 1. This has now been over a month long process of my husband and I purchasing a car. We are out of state and we know that comes with nuances of itself, however this has made it beyond nuance to an absolute disregard for the care of their customer. Without going into the details of the prior incidents , I’ll fast forward to the current situation. We have finally gotten to get all the correct paperwork signed and payment made (MAY I REPEAT PAYMENT MADE) for our 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe . Since then (about 5 days ago) no one has contacted us (call, text, email) nor responded to our contacting of them. Through this entire process we have been given the empty promises of Juan and Kyle who I see are not listed to be rated at this dealer. We have however done business through them and even made it to the attention of Ian the GM. Thankfully he was helpful, however I was hoping the rest of this process would have been overseen and it has not been. We have tried contacting both of our salesman at Jenkins Hyundai of Leesburg FL and have not gotten ANY update on the status of our purchased car which is supposed to be delivered to us. We have been completely avoided which is a huge concern especially after making a 34 thousand dollar payment! This is terrible customer service and I would NOT RECOMMEND the service of Juan or Kyle ,especially to and out of state customer. Update Juan text my husband yesterday morning shortly after I posted this. He said he would let us know when the car was on the way. My husband had to call several times and never got an answer. Finally after contacting Jenkins Hyundai directly. We were able to get some answers through Amber , and she let us know it was on the way and would be here today. (thank you Amber) We received the car today but It is again without the promises we received from Juan and Kyle. In addition to several chipped pieces of paint around the car the car did NOT COME wrapped , is not clean inside or out, and is also without the full tank of gas that they claimed it would have. Juan and Kyle from our experience have continually proven to be dishonest salesmen and I would not recommend anyone to use their services. More
