I am a 26 year old woman, with a fear of car dealerships & heavily debating trading in my 2012 Fiat 500 Pop (not thinking there would be much value in it and thinking I’d get more in a private sale) and rea & heavily debating trading in my 2012 Fiat 500 Pop (not thinking there would be much value in it and thinking I’d get more in a private sale) and really stressing on financing a brand new car for the first time in 4/5 years. I let John know I had my eyes on the Kona or Venue. We test drove the Kona first, which was nice, but as soon as we parked it near the line of Venues we both pretty much knew I’d be leaving with the 2023 Venue Limited. It drives beautifully and truly feels like a luxury vehicle. I definitely wasn’t planning on getting any kind of Limited vehicle, as I am very strict on budgets, but I seriously got such a great deal. John was very informative throughout the entire process, didn’t make me feel pressured, didn’t make me feel like I was getting ripped off or paying for stuff I didn’t need (which has happened to me with other dealerships), and got an amazing trade-in value for my Fiat. Overall, I highly recommend going to see John and would recommend friends/family to go as well. More

Nichol Young was my service advisor and kept me informed of the progress of the service I was having done (AC check/charge and oil change). When completed, Nichol explained everything to me and showed me t of the progress of the service I was having done (AC check/charge and oil change). She checked with a service technician and promptly called me back with an answer. Although I do not see her name listed in the rating section of this survey, I would give her 5 stars More
