Sharli was also great with the finance paperwork . Financing portion was a very smooth process. This is my 2nd experience buying a car from this dealer. I feel comfortable getting my car serviced there. I never feel pressured to have repairs done that I feel are not needed at the time of service. More

So, take a bow for my recent problem. My 2010 Grand Safari had an ENGINE LIGHT ON, but it was OK to drive to your shop. "No Appointment". Just rolled in about 8:00AM. From there on, it was great how your folks handled my situation. Many KUDOS to Melanie Finn for a quick transition to the shop, where the pros jumped in and found the problem. A/C service experience Melanie my service rep was great. I had a problem with my a/c and we thought it was fixed (almost no Freon, and check showed no holes in the line). Melanie my service rep was great. I had a problem with my a/c and we thought it was fixed (almost no Freon, and check showed no holes in the line). Went home and discovered on trip home it was still blowing hot air. She squeezed me in later the same day in the afternoon, I ended up needing a new compressor.
