My final and third interaction was OK at this dealership with sales, however i chose not to do business with them because they just do not follow through with callbacks, text, or emails promptly. Overall I would not spend my money here, with that being said, you may be lucky with them even though i was not. Although sales was very helpful inside the dealership, but when it came to promises, getting me a great deal on a car, better take caution with taking their promises. Do your own homework, this was my experience only. I check everything out before spending my money at any dealer. They just feel short of not getting back with me, so they lost my business this time around, maybe if i get another car i will stop in again to see if they changed. Give them a chance like i did, but check other dealers out as well, you may do much better, Mark was good when i went in, but failed by not keeping his promises to me. The only reason they get a (3.5) is because of Mark in sales during my visit, He would have gotten a (5) if he followed through, but unfortunately he failed to do it and because of that, they lost my business at this time. More

One sales guy promised to get back to me about a great price/deal and never did about the great deal, still never replied to me. I give sales only a 60%, Admin 10%, Returning calls or emails a 0%. I found a better deal somewhere else, and much better customer service. They are poor to do business with, the sales department initially let me test drive a car. The only good part of visit was able to test drive a new Tucson 2025. i gave them a second chance to get back with me, but they failed again. Now this final review is worse than the first review. I give the entire interaction a 2.0, i really did try to give them another chance. The sales office is good when you go in person, returning calls and them keeping promises, or returning emails not so good. When going to a dealer, make sure you test all departments like i did to get a feeling on how you will be treated in all departments. i recommend maybe finding another dealer, but give them a chance first. the sales department is very nice - The sales department, this visit remains the same - GOOD Your experience should be good in all aspects/departments, online - so do stop in, maybe you will get lucky. I recommend this dealership, you may have better luck. More
These people were very helpful and friendly to me when i came into test drive a Tucson. I did not purchase any car from them because i got a much better deal somewhere else, but if i did not get a much bett came into test drive a Tucson. What stopped me i was told that they were going to get me a great deal on a car, told me to pick out what i wanted, waited for a couple days but they never came through for me. But at least the visit was pleasant despite them falling through on their promise to me. This dealer gets a good rating from me for this visit. I recommend them to people. Just not my place for the very best deal around. I recommend stopping here anyway, maybe you will get a more efficient sales rep that will come through for you, the potential is there. Showroom is very nice, nothing negative to say, they did lose my business, but that is ok. More

I’ve been debating over writing a review, but I decided to go ahead. I purchased a car from Jenkins in Feb.. I blame myself to some extent for letting them pressure me (that’s the reason I gave them a 2 star rating and not just 1) I have been a loyal customer for many years and have purchased at least 4 cars there from a former sales person, but I will not buy another car at that dealership. Had my Santa Cruz serviced today. Everyone nice and professional. Wait not bad. Place was clean. Cost was high but it is a dealership and I know they are high. When I went to pay, found out they charged 3% fee for credit cards. I don't like add on fees and I asked about it. I was told the company, Dealer Merchants Services (DMS) that handles their accounting charges it and besides everyone charges fees. I looked up DMS. They work only with Auto Dealers. Their primary purpose is to save dealerships credit card fees by passing them on to customers and teach dealerships how to make it palatable to customers. So DMS makes money, the dealership saves money all by charging the customer more money. Luckily as a customer I don't have to be screwed like that if I make the right choice. And that choice is not to take my car back to this dealership or any other dealership that is contracting with DMS. More
I would not take your vehicle here for service. The service department will lie and try to get you to pay for things that don't even need to be fixed. I am not writing about the Dealership I am writing about the 2023 Hyundai Santa Cruz that we both bought back in may of 2023 ( we bought two new ones same time ) I am writing to tell you that my was little the 2023 Hyundai Santa Cruz that we both bought back in may of 2023 ( we bought two new ones same time ) I am writing to tell you that my was little over $39.000 and now with 5,500 miles on it and not a yr old I was offer to sell or trade one was $20,300 and two was little over $30,000 so just to say I will never buy a Hyundai again.sorry just my view on this I would lose over $10,000 just something to thing about .thank you More
