Never will I go back! ! I don’t recommend anyone going here save yourself the time and go anywhere else. I have been going to this dealership since 16AUG for the same issue ! I don’t recommend anyone going here save yourself the time and go anywhere else. I have been going to this dealership since 16AUG for the same issue. My Genesis keeps shutting off which is a pretty big deal. I took it in on the 16AUG was told it was a censor drove it back home a few days later it started again. Took it back and the code couldn’t be recreated so I went back home. I then decided to start recording my car when I would start it or when I felt it start to shake really bad until I caught it on video. I took it back once again and they ended up keeping my car for 5-6weeks and was told it was the transmission and they fixed it. I pick it up get home and the next morning I wake up for work and the car dies again while pulling out of my driveway. I call them back again and let them know and was given the run around so I decided to reach out to genesis corporate. I received a call back from corporate today and was told there’s no record of the transmission or anything ever being worked on and that a tech was never notified of this issue. I call back the dealership and speak with the service manager just to experience the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. He was rude very defensive disrespectful and would not stop interrupting me. He told me that I don’t have to do business with them and can take my car to any other genesis dealership and let them work on it. So if that’s what they want then I will never do business there again. I had missed 4 days of work because of this dealership not actually fixing the car and telling me the car was ready for pick up once just to get there and it hadn’t even been touched by a mechanic after 27 days of sitting in their lot. The car now shuts off atleast once everyday. More

Had service done on my 2017 Tuscan - Tucker Darnell took great care of me! from drop off thru pick up the communication was awesome and great experience overall - will definitely take my vehicle back there great care of me! from drop off thru pick up the communication was awesome and great experience overall - will definitely take my vehicle back there when needed! Only opportunity to improve would have been for them to remove the paper and plastic seat coverings used during service before I picked the vehicle up More

We purchased our daughters 2017 Tucson the only place that has ever serviced the vehicle is Jenkins Hyundai we brought our daughters vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation the gentleman at the servi that has ever serviced the vehicle is Jenkins Hyundai we brought our daughters vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation the gentleman at the service desk name was Ty He did an excellent job was very polite fast with his service he was new to the desk just recently promoted to service desk in the past we have dealt with Savannah who is outstanding she was able to help with a issue on my daughters vehicle both Ty and Savannah are outstanding employees should be recognized for their customer service work i’m very happy with the service we received on my daughters vehicle knowing that she’ll be driving back-and-forth from Jacksonville Beach to the University of Florida in Gainesville thank you so much Mr. Hanus More
