I would rate a 0 if I had the ability to. Brought my Ioniq 5 in because it stopped charging after a recall update. They said it was me and to upgrade my system at home. I did. Took it in again for a week - they said that I needed a charge point charger at home installed by an electrician. I did. Still didn't change. Chargepoint service told me it was the car. Took it back. They couldn't replicate the problem because they did not have a level 2 charger and refused to use the dealer provided charger. Told me to just go use their supercharger - which works, but its a pain to use that one and there's only 1 public one in the entire city. Even though Level 1, level 2, and Tesla chargers with adapter - all worked fine for 3 years, I was to accept that they just aren't an option for me anymore. I said it made the car worthless. How could I sell it to anyone when it couldn't charge. So they asked me to check multiple chargers and document it. I did. It's been in again now - for 3 weeks - still there- They finally tried to charge it on March 1st with the basic dealer provided charger after I begged them to try it-- it blew the fuses to half of their shop!! Instead of realizing the car had a problem- they said they had to order a new charger and would not check it at a level 2 charger until they received the new charger- which took 5 days. But that was Friday and it's Wednesday night. The car hasn't moved since March 2. Bottom line - I'm still waiting. And they don't have a loaner for me - just too busy. I would never use Jenkins again after them ignoring the problem multiple times. They could probably reinstall the update and I would be fine - but all I've gotten is a runaround. And this is with an 8 year warranty. What good is it when I have just 15,000 miles but their answer is that I have 1 public supercharger that I can use 10 miles away from home and no others in at least a 50 mile radius?? Warranty not honored, Issues ignored, technicians doing nothing and service advisers who blame the customer for the problem. No, I could not recommend them. More

I don't think these guys at the service department know how to work on Hyundai N performance cars. I brought my car in for a simple CEL p2118 code. They charged me $250 to clean out the throttle body, which did not fix the issue. Meanwhile, they found a transmission pan gasket leak, and ended breaking the transmission pan replacing it. They ordered a new pan, and then also messed up the transmission fluid flush procedure... My car went full limp mode due to low transmission fluid. Probably my tranny overheating. It's been 2 weeks and I've been driving a loaner at least, but you would expect better service from the techs. My service advisor has been great though.. but I don't think the techs know what they are doing. I've taken the car back 3 times in the span of 2 weeks. Beware! More

Saleswoman Aloha was great, got right to the deal without all the games. Finance manager was straightforward and did not make me go through upsell attempts when I indicated I only wanted the car, no extra wa all the games. Caution working with this dealership. I went in for a Labor Day Sale (I knew I shouldn't have). On their website for one of the 2025 Palisades, they are advertising $52,414 for their sale price (of course this sale depends on meeting certain requirements), which the MSRP is at $57,120. I sat down with the sales associate, and he showed me the write up and pricing. $62,500 for the new vehicle, -$28,000 for my trade in, and then $5000 for all of the fee's, taxes, and add-ons. OTD price roughly $39K+. The dealership added $10K back to their sale price and $5K for taxes/fees. I asked him how the price went up and he mentioned that it was from all of the extras the dealership had added onto the vehicle. Walking out the door, the sales associate stopped me and said that he was able to take a little more off, which he was able to get it down to roughly $27K. This dealership is exactly why I shop around the net for multiple dealerships not in my area, and why I drove 3 hours away for my last two vehicles. For a similar vehicle, I have already received a OTD quote for $17K but is a 5-hour drive and I received a $20.5K quote for a 1-hour drive. I rather not take a long drive, and I rather shop local, but I also want to be treated fair. More
