He took the time to explain to me the different options on each, exactly what they were and how they would impact the overall driving experience, safety ratings and fuel efficiency. When I chose the car I wanted to drive and he went to get the keys, one of the managers, Glen, came over to introduce himself and offer his assistance and assured me that they were excited to help me purchase the car I had come after. Throughout the entire experience I truly felt that they showed me the utmost respect and worked with me to get me in just the car that I was looking for. Jarret and Glen made it SO easy, which is not often said about a car buying experience, and even the gentleman in the finance department was responsive to what I was interested in and did not pressure me into what I did not want, I know that we will be back when my husband needs a new car.
