I had a horrible experience purchasing a 2026 Hyundai Tucson. Jenkins Hyundai of Homosassa steered me to a lease misleading me regarding my trade in and the equity. It took almost a month to change the Tucson. Jenkins Hyundai of Homosassa steered me to a lease misleading me regarding my trade in and the equity. It took almost a month to change the lease to a purchase. I nearly lost over $17000! Some of the options listed on the window sticker were not available. I contacted Hyundai and they did nothing. I had to contact a “co owner “ for help. Then I was directed to another employee. What a mess. More
