This is my first experience with Samantha. I understand that she is new to your dealership (a little more than a month). Great service. Had a nail in one tire. Tire repaired, tires rotated, got oil change. Fluids replenished. You folks are wasting your money on the call center. Brought my HRV in for a recurring and known battery defect. They refused to even look at it! Was treated with a total lack of respect by Miachael. Perhaps I should have brought a man with me?
