Service was quite good. I was also there to buy an extended warranty. That experience was not so good. It took 3 people and several iterations of their offers for them to settle on a correct price. extended warranty. That experience was not so good. It took 3 people and several iterations of their offers for them to settle on a correct price. Besides better training and better computer programs, I have one other suggestion. The final contract was put on a form meant for a buyer of a car, not a warranty. You need to design and use a form especially for warranties. The car buyer's form had all kinds of verbiage that did not apply to a warranty purchase. In the end I got a deal that, while expensive, seems worthwhile. But the whole process needs to be improved. I did rate 5 stars here because this survey is specifically about the service of the car and that was five star. More

Got a last minute appointment to change oil and filter. Very pleasant and efficient staff, from the greeter, service advisor, speed of work and guy who sanitized interior when work was complete. Samantha was very thorough and professional. Both of our cars were in the shop, so she arranged transportation while my CR-V was being serviced. Great job .. and thanks Michael.
