Too many sales people I was not impressed with the new sales personnel. Quick turnaround with a serious problem This was my first experience with Jenkins since you took over from Blount. Our alternator went out on Saturday night and we had to be towed to the de This was my first experience with Jenkins since you took over from Blount. Our alternator went out on Saturday night and we had to be towed to the dealership. Tony called Monday morning, had the problem diagnosed, found an alternator in Ocala, had it installed, and we had our car back by 4:00 Monday afternoon.
