Staci is a tremendous asset & represents the dealership admirably. The ladies at check out services are a delight'; the process simple & expedient. The sales department...I spent some time browsing while my car was being serviced. I certainly expect to be approached & offered assistance. The gentleman who did so made me feel uncomfortable & pressured. I made it clear I was not ready to purchase a vehicle in the near future. He told me I should rethink that as my vehicle is now old (it's not). He was dismissive, flippant & surely not what you'd like representing the dealership. My experience in the past was very different...perhaps this is the new model of salesmanship? Please note, I am a big Honda fan & am now driving my sixth Honda. When it is time for a new vehicle, I am sorry to say that I am not sure I will be visiting your dealership. More
